Welcome to BJORNE of Norway
Imagine this.. Sitting on the detritus of the forest, nothing but branches and leaves around; sunbeams penetrating through
the treetops, birds singing quietly in the distance..the movement of water across the stones of a creek.
This was often where I found myself as a child, spending my summers at my grandparents farm
– deep in the woods in the midst of nowhere.
Born from the love of nature and mythic imaginations, BJORNE of Norway is a new accessories brand which
consists of printed scarves, bags and pocket squares, evolved from fusion prints of photography, painting and digital art.
All creations, designed by me, Hilde Didi Bjornerud, have been inspired by the dark side of
Nordic nature, folklore, Vikings and fairytales read to me as a child.
Coming from a strong design background and a BA degree in textiles from Central St Martins,
my passion is creating curious artistry designs- a fusion of photography, painting and digital art.
